Reviews
Sales → Reviews — nothing reaches the public page until someone publishes it. Needs booking:read to see the page and booking:admin to moderate. The Reviews feature must be switched on (see Configuration → Features). The page has two tabs.
Awaiting moderation
The queue of reviews that have been left but not yet published, showing the Rating, the Comment and when it was Left. For each one you can:
- Publish it, making it visible on the public booking page.
- Reject it.
- Reply — write a public response (Reply publicly) that is shown alongside the review once it is published.
The queue says Nothing waiting. when it is empty.
Ratings
The published ratings, with a Name and the Average rating. No published reviews yet. appears until the first is published.
How reviews arrive
Both routes land as pending:
- Staff record one on a completed booking — Record review on the booking page.
- The customer submits one through a signed link: Send review email on the booking creates the link (it can also be copied) and queues the request email.
