Outbox events

Administration → Outbox Events — emails queued for delivery. Needs booking:admin.

Every email the module sends (for example a review request) is first written to a queue and then delivered. This page shows that queue so you can tell what was sent and what is stuck.

  • Live keeps the list refreshing.
  • The counters — Pending, Processed, Sent, Failed — summarise the queue; Filters narrows the list.
  • Each row shows Created, Event type, Status, Reference (what it was about), Retries and Delivered.

A message that fails is retried automatically; the retry count shows how many attempts have been made.
